Onque LLC
Brink's Auto is the trade name of Onque LLC, a digital auto dealer based in Texas. We broker vehicles from partner car dealers to customers, and we help those customers stay on top of their accounts after the sale. Customers can pay online, set up AutoPay, or pay by phone. Customers who opt in receive text messages about their account, including payment reminders and receipts, and can reply STOP at any time to stop them.
Brink's Auto sells used vehicles and finances them in house. The contract is carried by the dealership rather than sold to a bank, and the dealership services the account directly: taking payments, applying them to the balance, and answering questions about the account.
Brink's Auto is operated by Onque LLC.
We send text messages about your account: payment reminders, receipts, and notices when a payment is past due. We do not send marketing texts.
You opt in when you set up your account online, from the invitation link the dealership sends you or from the dealership's QR code, by checking an optional box that reads:
“I agree to receive text messages from Brink's Auto about my account: payment reminders, receipts, and notices about my payments. Agreeing is optional and not a condition of setting up my account. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help.”
After you opt in, you receive this confirmation text:
“Brink's Auto: You are subscribed to account and payment notifications. Msg frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Reply HELP for help, STOP to opt out.”

We do not sell or share your mobile number or your consent to receive messages with third parties for their own marketing.
